From the fantastic location - right between the train station and the central square - to the spacious room with a balcony offering breathtaking views of Bern, every aspect of our stay was exceptional. The staff were not only helpful and friendly but also went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.One evening, we embarked on a memorable exploration of Bern by Brompton bike, discovering hidden gems and charming streets that we wouldn't have found otherwise. Additionally, we had the pleasure of experiencing the enchanting carillon and puppet show, a hidden gem known only to a select few - a magical moment for the whole family.The modern room equipped with a tablet for easy controls, along with the delicious breakfast offerings, catered perfectly to our family's needs.
